Yes. We offer free pickup and delivery on orders over $75 across Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Ottawa, and surrounding areas. Your gown is collected from your home, cleaned and cared for at our facility, then returned to you, no need to transport it yourself. If your city isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll confirm whether pickup is available in your area.
Most orders are completed and returned within 14 days. Turnaround time is confirmed when your order is placed, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. If you have a specific deadline, such as a vow renewal or preservation timeline, let us know and we’ll work around it.
