Yes. We offer free pickup and delivery on orders over $75 across Southern Ontario, from London to Ottawa. Your shoes are collected, cleaned at our facility, and returned to you within 14 days. If you’re outside Southern Ontario, you can also ship your shoes to us from anywhere in Canada and we’ll have them returned within 14 days.
Cleaning is completed within 7 days. With pickup and delivery included, most orders are returned within 14 days. If you have a specific deadline, like an event or trip, let us know when you book and we’ll work around it.
