I had a great experience with Suede Master. They did an excellent job cleaning my clothes—everything came back looking fresh, well-pressed, and like new. The staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process from drop-off to pickup was smooth and convenient. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the care they put into handling the garments. The pricing was fair for the quality of service. I would definitely recommend Suede Master to anyone looking for reliable dry cleaning.

I recently got two pairs of Uggs cleaned with this company, and I’m extremely impressed! The turnaround time was very quick, and my shoes look amazing. My black Uggs were especially dull in color before, but not only did they clean them, they also restored the color and made them look brand new again. Truly exceptional service—please keep up the good work!

I recently had my leather handbag repaired and cleaned by Suede Master. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was incredibly professional, and they took great care of my bag. The cleaning restored its original shine and softness, and the repairs were flawless—better than I imagined. The leather feels rejuvenated, and the bag looks like new again. I was also impressed with how timely the service was and the friendly customer support throughout the process. If you’re looking to give your designer pieces a second life, I highly recommend Suede Master. Their expertise and attention to detail are top-notch!

Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, repair is the more practical choice, especially for leather, suede, or designer bags where a comparable replacement costs significantly more than the repair. A broken strap, stuck zipper, or worn lining doesn’t mean the bag is finished; these are fixable issues. The tipping point is usually when structural damage to the main body is too extensive to address cleanly. We assess each bag individually and will tell you honestly whether repair makes sense before any work begins.

Both options are valid, but they work differently. Sending to the brand may use original parts but often comes with limitations. Many brands won’t repair bags over a certain age, won’t touch certain types of damage, and can have long wait times. Independent repair specialists can take on a wider range of work, turn it around faster, and at lower cost. For bags that a brand has already declined, or where the issue is functional rather than a warranty concern, an experienced independent shop is usually the better route.

Yes. A strap that has torn through, detached at the hardware, or weakened at stress points can be repaired or replaced. For bags where the strap has failed at the attachment point, we reinforce the connection and replace any damaged hardware. If the strap itself is beyond repair, we can source or create a replacement that matches the original in material and style as closely as possible.

Yes. Peeling, tearing at the seams, or separating from the bag’s structure are among the most common repairs we handle. Depending on the extent of the damage, the lining can be repaired along its original stitch line or replaced entirely. A functioning interior makes a significant difference to how usable the bag feels day to day.

In most cases the damage can be significantly reduced, though “invisible” depends on the severity and location of the tear or scratch. Minor surface marks and small tears can be addressed with leather repair and colour restoration techniques that blend into the surrounding material. Deeper cuts or tears through the full thickness of the leather are more challenging but can still be repaired to a point where the damage is far less noticeable.

In most cases just the zipper can be replaced without disassembling the whole bag. The extent of what needs to come apart depends on how the zipper was originally installed and where it runs. We assess this during our initial inspection and complete only what’s necessary, so the repair stays focused and the rest of the bag isn’t disturbed unnecessarily.

Yes. Older bags often need more careful handling because materials can become brittle, hardware may be harder to source, and the original construction may differ from modern bags. We assess vintage pieces individually, work with what can be preserved, and source materials that match the original as closely as possible. If parts of the bag are beyond repair, we’ll tell you upfront rather than attempt work that won’t hold.

Yes. We offer free pickup and delivery on orders over $75 across Southern Ontario, from London to Ottawa. Your bag is collected, assessed, repaired at our facility, and returned to you, typically within 14 days. If you’re outside Southern Ontario, you can ship your bag to us from anywhere in Canada and we’ll return it once the repair is complete.
