I recently got two pairs of Uggs cleaned with this company, and I’m extremely impressed! The turnaround time was very quick, and my shoes look amazing. My black Uggs were especially dull in color before, but not only did they clean them, they also restored the color and made them look brand new again. Truly exceptional service—please keep up the good work!

Excellent service, affordable and fast turnaround! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. From the start, I knew I was in good hands. Audrey was quick to respond and answer all my questions. She provided incredible communication from the initial quote all the way to pick-up. I never had to worry about my dress once. Visiting their physical location was fairly easy to get to. Getting to speak with the seamstress, Sonia, gave me complete confidence in the team's ability to mend and restore my dress. Highly recommend! They patched my dress up seamlessly.

I am so happy and grateful that they were able to restore my beautiful dress back to its original state. I had an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour which destroyed the bottom of my dress from walking on grass, etc. and after the dinner service a guest accidentally bumped me with a coffee in hand causing it to stain the front. Luckily I had an evening gown to change into so I didn’t let it ruin the day but I was concerned about removing the stain as I plan to wear this on our 5/10 year anniversaries. Suede Master, I will recommend you to everyone I know. I almost forgot to mention that Jessica was amazing from the second we met. We talked about realistic expectation for removal of the coffee stain and talked about my duvet for cleaning and preserving the dress. She was reasonable and honest, making this experience painless. I spent months trying to get a new liner sewn into my favourite purse and when Roots Canada recommended Suede Master I immediately called. The service was top-notch from the get go. Instead of me driving to North York from downtown Jess asked me to send her pictures of my purse with the torn liner. She let me know they could give me a new liner. I dropped it off and within 24 hours I had my purse back. The liner was a complete replica of the original including the original hardware. As a courtesy Jess also had my bag conditioned. When I picked it up, I was so impressed with it. Thank you Jess and your team!

The best leather cleaner ever! They did the most amazing job on 3 of our leather jackets and cleaned stained on the inside lining I thought would never come out. Not to mention great customer service, cleaned exactly when they promised as we were going out of town.

Audrey was very helpful spoke with me and reassured me that they could have the rug cleaned and send it back. Turned out that the rug was too fragile to do the work. The ongoing communication made me feel confident Suede Master was able to clean an oil and vinegar stain from my burgundy suede handbag. Jessica and team words can't express how thankful I am for getting the stain out. For making sure I received my parcel. After every step you made sure to update me during the process. My wife owns a 20 plus year old shearling coat. She has lost a substantial amount of weight and the coat needed alterations. We brought it to Suede Master. The Tailor did a magnificent job in resizing it. Ready for another 20 years of wear. I was so impressed I brought my shearling which had a repair done by another service. I was not happy with the first alteration. Quite noticeable. Definitely not worth the drive to Acton. The tailor fixed it so the damage is not noticeable. After it was cleaned and dyed, looks almost new. The cost of repair and cleaning was marginal compared to buying new coats. Suede Master is hands-down the master of suede/ leather cleaning with a very reasonable price and quick turnaround! I sent several of my suede garments to many other dry cleaners, inclduing a place charging super high price claiming they can clean the most difficult items as the industry expert. But these places all told me they cannot do anything about my expensive leather suede clothes, even suggested I throw them out. But after I sent these garments to Suede Master, they satisfied all my requests and made my suede garments like new again. Suede master not only has the best quality, but also the best customer service. Everyone in the headquarters is so nice! Especially when i sent my garments to their HQ for cleaning last time, I was late due to traffic. But their staff Nalini waited for me after their business hour. I really appreciate Nalini's kindness!

Great suede and leather cleaner
So I called around to a few places, and most places were inaccessible for wedding dress preservation, and the prices were fairly steep just for dry cleaning services. One place told me they weren't sure when they would get the kit for wedding dress preservation, and that it was like this in most places. I got my preservation kit from David's Bridal, I sent out the dress following the instructions, I got upgraded insurance, on top of the insurance the service already provided for my dress which was also affordable. I recieved the wedding dress back within the time frame I was provided, and with the personalizations I had requested. I got the premium preservation which gives me a lifetime guarantee against yellowing, and Muslin wrap for the dress. I love the preservation, they did a phenomenal job, as I had taken over a year to have it preserved, it had started to yellow and fade slightly, my gown looks whiter and crispier than when I sent it in its display box and I can admire it for years to come, thank you. I was given an accurate idea of the process and results. Joyce did a wonderful job with my dress, and I recieved amazing and responsive customer service and the place was super accessible, and customer service was awesome! Highly reccomend.
